En lugar de preguntarte “¿esto lo podría hacer ChatGPT?”, empieza a preguntarte “¿cómo puedo hacerlo mejor con ChatGPT?”

Un amplificador de tu pensamiento, no un sustituto

Muchos usan ChatGPT para redactar correos o generar ideas, pero su verdadero valor está en servir como un compañero cognitivo: te confronta, te aleja de tus zonas de confort y sugiere perspectivas que tu mente no habría explorado sola. No ofrece certezas, sino probabilidades. Por eso, usarlo bien significa rescatar tu intuición y experiencia, sin dejarlas en segundo plano, y aprovechar la velocidad con la que te permite iterar sobre tus ideas.


Ni muleta, ni ignorarlo por completo

Un uso excesivo puede atrofiar tu juicio, mientras que ignorarlo te puede dejar atrás en ámbitos profesionales o incluso personales. El reto no es solo incorporarlo, sino integrarlo como una extensión activa de tu pensamiento crítico. Al igual que la imprenta o la escritura, ChatGPT transforma nuestras habilidades sólo si sabemos domarlo y no ser domados por él.


La pregunta que realmente importa

Pasa de pensar “¿puede hacerlo ChatGPT?”, a preguntarte “¿cómo puedo hacerlo mejor con ChatGPT?”. Esa transición es clave. Cuando madres, estudiantes o emprendedores comienzan a usarlo para imaginar propuestas de negocio, organizar sus días o afinar presentaciones, descubren que no es un capricho tecnológico, sino una herramienta poderosa de eficiencia, creatividad aplicada e inclusión. Cuando lo dominas, no te sustituye: te exponencia.

ChatGPT ha irrumpido de forma silenciosa pero profunda en la vida cotidiana de millones de personas. No es solo un buscador con esteroides, ni un asistente que responde preguntas con voz robótica: es una interfaz nueva entre el pensamiento humano y el conocimiento digital. Lo que pocos nos dijeron es que usar ChatGPT no se trata solo de “pedirle cosas”, sino de entrenar nuestra mente para conversar con una inteligencia distinta, que no tiene emociones, pero sí patrones, contexto y capacidad de síntesis. Esto no es menor: nos está exigiendo un nuevo tipo de alfabetización digital, donde lo importante ya no es saber todo, sino saber preguntar y reinterpretar lo que recibimos.
